What we collect
When you send an inquiry we collect the details you provide: name or company, email address, WhatsApp or WeChat number, destination country, vehicles of interest, quantity and your message. We also record the page and language from which the inquiry was sent. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive the information you share there.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure how visitors use the site — for example which pages are viewed and which contact buttons are clicked. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer. We store your choice in your browser's local storage.
How we use your information
We use inquiry details only to respond to you, prepare quotations and proforma invoices, and manage the resulting order. We do not sell personal information.

Inquiries are delivered to our sales team through internal business tools, which may include messaging and workflow platforms. Analytics data is processed by Google. WhatsApp conversations are subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. These providers may process data outside your country.
Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond, to manage any order and to meet record-keeping obligations, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent us by writing to [email protected]. You can decline analytics cookies without affecting your use of the site.
