Colombia's Law 1964 of 2019 introduced measures to promote electric vehicles, and the government has applied different tariff and tax treatment to electric and hybrid vehicles. Eligibility for plug-in hybrids depends on current rules — ask your customs broker, or check with the DIAN, Colombia's tax and customs authority, before you price your retail model.
